LENOVO use manual process in their daily operational to control and monitoring promoter management operation, therefore become doesn’t effective and efficient. Growing of the business cause complexity increased, all of the activity business must be more effective and efficient to support target from management. Therefore, integrated computerized system for promoter management is required to be implemented in LENOVO Indonesia.

With implementation of the integrated computerized system in LENOVO, thus it is expected to support daily business operational and can give information with high accuracy to management to be used to make strategic decision related with company objective and goal.

February 2013, PT Lenovo Indonesia decided to implement LITS (Lenovo Tracking Inventory Systems) to monitor Sell Out Process in all distribution Channels.
